The ADS1299EEGFE-PDK kit contents are summarized within the User Guide, which is available to download from the EVM product page. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the ADS1299EEGFE-PDK to universities for free at this time.

Yes, the EVM comes with everything listed in the Kit Contents section of the User Guide, in addition to the required USB cable. The only thing we do not provide is the wall power supply.
