It looks like there is a short the HS FET of the device causing VIN shorting to ground.

There are steps perfom during our analisys
*- Visual inspection
Result: PASSED. The Blade module did not show physical damage.
- Review customer log
Result: Failed.

- Boot up in UCSM and review the status
Result: FAILED. The unit does not turn on. It does not have LED lights on the front.
- The blade shows no physical damage or abnormalities.
- The drive is validated on a gold server without success.
- The drive appears to be dead.
- The unit showed low impedance in 12V power rail.
