Part Number: ADC3661
Tool/software:
The datasheet for the ADC3661 (SBAS991B, revised March 2022) has minimum and nominal numbers for tCD on page 13, but doesn't have maximum numbers.
It seems like we need a maximum tCD over the full temperature range in order to confirm timing closure. Am I missing something? Is there enough information here to close timing?
