Dear Expert

I found in sometimes ADS1292R could not read the conversion date corectlly ,like below logic analyser waveform ,the date reture to 0X00. These situation just found in some machine ,the failure rate about 3/5000 =0.06%.

And these is the normal read data logic analyser waveform. 

Channel 1 is SDIO ,channel 2 is clock ,Channel 3 is DRDY.

Could u give me some suggestion how to investigate where the problem may occur? I found that the software could not enter in continous convesion mode .

    Hello Gabriel,

    Continuous Conversion mode is the default setting in the CONFIG1 register (01h). As long as the power-up sequencing procedure is followed correctly, the device should be initialized in the correct default configuration. Can you confirm that the power-up sequence is followed according to section 10.1 of the device data sheet? 

    After the device is powered up, we recommend issuing a reset pulse. The user must wait 18*tCLK periods before sending additional commands. Can you ask the customer to send SDATAC command after the reset pulse, and then read back all device registers and compare with the data sheet default values?
