ADS1263EVM-PDK: ADS1263EVM-PDK It doesn't work

Part Number: ADS1263EVM-PDK

Tool/software:

ADS1263V2EVM-PDK Issue Report (1).pdf

I have already followed the procedure in the document, but it did not work, so I am inquiring.
We mentioned the relevant procedures in the report we previously delivered, and also noted the parts that did not work.

As shown in the photo in the report we provided, this is the ADS1263V2EVM-PDK version.
I understand that you have received the latest version of EVM. Please recheck.

  • Hi Soy Kang,

Can you provide us the following information / perform the following actions:

    1. After you start the GUI, do the LEDs on the PHI stay lit up? Or do they turn off? If the LEDs turn off, try using a shorter USB cable, and ensure that you are plugging the USB cable directly into your computer. In other words, do not connect through a USB hub
    2. When plugging in the USB cable, you should see the Device Manager window refresh (to indicate that a new device was connected). Then you should see the PHI enumerate under the "Sensors" category as shown below
    3. If the device is not showing up in device manager as shown below, then perhaps it needs to be reinstalled or manually installed. You will need to identify or find the device in the list and associate it with the PHI Driver that will be located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\ADS126x EVM\PHI Driver\
