Hi,

I have a similar question to https://e2e.ti.com/support/data-converters-group/data-converters/f/data-converters-forum/1468306/ads1278evm-pdk-using-ads1278evm-without-pc-and-phi-over-spi-interface but for the 1285.

I found that I am unable to drive the SPI from an external source when the PHI is connected. So I believe that I need to disconnect the PHI entirely.

Can you provide me with a guide on what I need to do and what I need to consider, to be able to use the ADS1285EVM-PDK without the PHI Board, so that I can develop an SPI based driver for it.
