I need the value of the switched capacity Cainsw for analog input circuitry calculation. I can not find the value in the datasheet.
When the sample switch is closed, a charge balance is made between the ADC internal switched capacity Cainsw and an external capacitor Cext. This charge balance will cause a voltage drop at Cext and thus a smal error. Further more, the charge balance generates a current through the resistor of the external low pass filter and thus also cause another voltage drop.
I if know the capacitance of the switched capacity Cainsw, I can design the circuit to achieve the required accuracy.
Does anyone know the capacity value or how to calculate it?
