Hi,

My customer is using the SMART-DAC-EVM-GUI-Installer and downloaded the DAC63004WCSP-EVM-GUI and installed the control SW. However, they cannot communicate with the card.

They already downloaded SMART-DAC-EVM-GUI and reinstalled it, with the same result - would your team be able to advise on next steps? They were looking into previous E2E threads and have not been able to successfully troubleshoot through those answers yet.

Hi Abigail,

Do they get an error message? Outside of some of the resolved posts with this issue I haven't been able to find the root cause as to why most people are running into issues. It seems like a specific firewall or computer permissions issues at a customer level.

Did they install the FT drivers as well as the GUI? And did they install the GUI/drivers with admin privileges. They can also try installing the NI drivers from NI:

LabVIEW Runtime Download - NI

And the FT drivers directly from FT:
