Hello.

I have the same issue that: DAC63204EVM: Smart-DAC-EVM-GUI not launching and even I tried to solve with the post on: DAC53701EVM: Interface not initialized but I still have the problem to open the GUI.

I have connected the EVM and run the GUI on Windows 11, 64 bits and I have the same issue:

Is there a new solution for the issue? Thank you.

    Hi Andres, 

    Not yet. I'm actually moving to a Windows 11 laptop later today. When I get it let me try to install the GUI on my fresh computer and see if it's a Windows 11 problem. 

    Can you verify that the LabVIEW runtime was installed with rhe GUI?

    I check the LABview runtime and even I have installed it directly from NI webpage and the problem is the same. Please, let me know if there is solution for this issue. Fortunately, I have an old version for the DAC63204EVM GUI installed in other W11 system and it works ok.

    Hi Andres, 

    That's actually good feedback that the DAC63204EVM GUI installed on another system. Are both of these systems on the same network/firewall? Is there any chance there are permissions being applied to on system and not the other?

    I finally have by new laptop so I can try downloading both as well tomorrow and hopefully I'll find some difference between the two installers.

    Yes, they are on the same firewall/network.

    I'm doing a full migration from older laptop to the new one, I have the same apps and configuration, but only this software has an issue.

    I also check the version that downloaded from the page and, apparently, TI download page mention v1.0.2 but when I installed the software and checked the version, it's v1.0.1 (an older version). Maybe, this bug is solved in the new version, but it's not available right now. Do you know can I find the new version?

    Hi Andres, 

    That's likely just due to a mismatch in the release version to ti.com not matching the version number stored in the GUI. The one on ti.com is the latest version. 

    I was able to install the SMART-DAC-EVM-GUI on my new machine so I do not think this is a Windows 11 issue. I'm in the process of reinstalling labVIEW so I'll be able to open it up and see if there was any difference between this and the DAC63204EVM installer.
