ADS131M02: Question about analog input range

Dear team,

Customer is studying ADS131M02 and confuse about analog input spec as below picture.

In D/S, we show input range will be AGND-1.3. I would like to clarify if AGND=0V, ADS131M02 can support -1.3V to AVDD input range or not?

If yes, how does our device support this feature? Kindly share relate app note for us for study.

Hi Ben Kuo,

The ADS131M02 can measure input signals below AGND. The ADC does so by using a charge pump
