Hi,
We are currently evaluating your ADC device and have observed a data corruption issue starting from the third SPI frame.
Specifically, when continuously writing the register value 08018C, the SDO output becomes corrupted in the third frame (output changes from 08018C to 080100).
The attached document “ADC_measurement.pdf” summarizes the following in detail:
-
Measurement environment (official EVM and in-house board)
-
SDI/SDO waveforms captured by oscilloscope and logic analyzer
-
Reproduction conditions and experimental results
-
Observed phenomenon and analysis
We would like your support in clarifying the following points:
-
Is it valid to write 08018C immediately after power-up? Are there any required configurations beforehand?
-
Is it acceptable to continuously send 08018C? If not, daisy-chain operation may not be feasible.
-
Could the data change in the third frame be due to internal ADC behavior?
-
Is it necessary to insert a long delay after writing the 08018C command?
-
Is there any command or register setting required to switch to daisy-chain mode?
Please review the attached document for the detailed measurements and signal waveforms.
Your assistance in reviewing this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Conor
