DAC11001B: No device communication

Hi Team, 

I have tried to connect the EVAL of DAC11001B with MSP launchpad board, and the GUI indicated that it is connected, but I couldnt set the DAC value to generate the output signals. Below are the supply details followed for generating DC voltage with DAC settings VCC = 5V VSS = 0V VDD = 5V VIO = 3.3V [from launchpad board] GND = 0V REF_PWR = 5.45V REFGND = 0V.. 
 
Also, kindly share where does the output voltage pins present in the EVAL board. 

Also, is there any chipid/unique id register that I can read from the DAC, to check if the SPI communication to the device from the launch pad is working.
