ADS8689:Io max for VOH/VOL of SDO

Dear Technical Support Team,

Q1.

Could you tell me the maximum Io values for the “SDO pin” and “GPO pin.”?

Since the datasheet only listed the conditions mentioned below.

 I could not find any information in the datasheet regarding the maximum current that can be carried by the SDO pin.

I am considering using the SDO pin output to drive a photocoupler, but since the maximum current that the SDO pin can handle is unknown, I am considering adding a buffer circuit. 
If I were to add a buffer circuit such as SN74LVCxx, is there a recommended circuit configuration?

If I were to add a capacitor to reduce noise on the SDO output pin, are there any recommended capacitor values?

    Those are the max values ±500μA

    For driving a photocoupler or something that requires higher current to drive, I would agree with the buffer/driver addition. 

    We typically recommend a resistor in series, something like a 22Ω or 33Ω, but if a capacitor is preferred I would recommend something small, ideally something less than 22pF.
