USB Driver installation of AFE4490SPO2EVM

Hello Tadashi-san,

It seems like the correct firmware is not loaded onto the EVM.

To load the correct firmware,

1. Connect  the AFE4490SPO2EVM to the PC via USB cable.
2. Go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\AFE44x0SPO2EVM GUI\Firmware Updater" and click on BSL_USB_GUI.EXE
3. Verify that the EXE reports "Found 1 device" under "Upgrade Firmware" button.
4. Browse to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\AFE44x0SPO2EVM GUI\Firmware Updater" and select the appropriate firmware file: AFE4490_EVM_FW_V1.3.txt and click "Upgrade Firmware"
5. Once the EVM is programmed successfully, close the USB Firmware Upgrade application.
6. Disconnect the EVM from the PC and then re-connect the EVM to the PC.
7. Follow the instructions to install the USB drivers from the EVM Users guide.
8. Check the Device Manager for the COM port settings.

The AFE44x0 Evalaution kit is not being detected on my Laptop but it is getting detected for my Desktop.

I connected the EVM kit to emy laptop and then installed the GUI software.

I tried to follow the above steps and after this

click on BSL_USB_GUI.EXE it is not  showing any "Found 1 device" under "Upgrade Firmware" button.

as shown in the images 

Could anyone help me in solving this problem.

Based on the device manager snapshot, it looks the correct USB driver is not installed on your laptop.

Refer to section 3.3 of the AFE44x0 Eval kit Users Guide (link below)  to install the USB drivers on your laptop.

After installing the USB driver, refer to section 6 to upgrade the firmware through the GUI.

Now, it is getting detected and now I have upgraded the firmware through GUI(as praveen suggested).

I also noticed that the new version of GUI doesn't show the SPo2 and heart signal measurement option.If possible can I know the reason behing this.
