Attached is a schematic of ADS1131 in a ratiometric design.

Can you please check the VREFN pin and comments of overall design if any ?

    Hi Theodore,

    You have a 60cm cable and no true input filtering. You really need to consider the effects of gaining up external noise relative to the noise of add resistors that is picked up on the cabling.  This is true for both the reference and analog inputs.

    Differential caps are more important than the common mode caps. 

    The PSW will connect the excitation path to ground, so C21 is really not necessary when VREFN is at ground.
