Connecting to ADS4249 EVM board problem

I have set up High Speed Data Converter Pro tool and FTDI driver on windows XP and windows 7.

I tried to connect the board but I got "no board connected" message, I have checked the USB ports as mentioned in the tutorial. I didn't find USB serial converter A, serial converter B, serial converter C, serial converter D. I got only USB serial converter.

I have attached two pictures one from the tutorial and the other one represents the real situation.

Kindly, I need to know the cause of the problem

The FTDI device may not be enumerated properly on your board. Load the FT_Prog software attached and follow the steps in the attached test procedure to verify if the device is enumerated. If the part is enumerated properly, since the board ships in SPI parallel mode, make sure the jumpers are set for serial mode. If the device is not numerated properly, we can send you a procedure that will allow you to do this or we can send you a replacement board.

Thanks Jim for your help,
I have downloaded and installed the FT prog. it detects the driver FT245R but it doesn't give the board name as shown in the power point you attached Jim.

I have attached a print screen for FT prog.

I have changed the jumper places to match table 1 in the evaluation board document. (you can find it here )

The boards is currently working.
I have changed the product description to be ADS4249EVM, then I programmed the EEPROM and that solved the problem of detecting the board.
