I'm just confused about the datasheet of the ADS1256. On page 3, the master clock rate f_clkin is specified to be in a range up to 10 MHz, and therefore the maximum data rate is f_clkin/256 = 39.0625 kSPS (page 18). But on page 3 the maximum data rate is also specified to be 30 kSPS.
So my questions is: Can I run the ADS1256 at 39.0625 kSPS driven by a 10 MHz crystal oscillator?

Yes you can! The electrical characteristics on page 3 assume the specified conditions shown:
By increasing the clock frequency to 10 MHz, then the maximum data rate is increased to (10 / 7.68) * 30kSPS = 39.0625 kSPS, as you indicated.
