I have gotten the TMS320F28377S and I wonder if I can configure two op amplifiers to the on chip DACs in order to implement 4 quadrant multiplying and output +/-10V signal. Or I have to select DAC8811 instead of the on chip DACs from TMS320F28377S.

Is DAC8811 special MDAC?

From glancing at the TMS320F28377S datasheet it does not appear to me that the internal DACs implement a multiplying DAC architecture, most likely they are string DACs which are architecturally different. I would refer you to these blog posts to better understand the differences:

If your interest is just to have a +/-10V signal and you're not intending to use the multiplying aspect of an MDAC like the DAC8811 then you can use the internal DACs with an external op-amp to provide the desired scaling. There is a reference design that discusses this which you can view here:
