    Thank you for your query. The power dissipation of the DAC is given by:

    Pd = Vdd*Idd + Vref^2/Rref + (Vdd - Vout1)*Iout1 + + (Vdd - Vout2)*Iout2

    where,
    Pd = Power dissipation
    Vdd = Power supply voltage
    Idd = Quiscent supply current
    Vref = Reference voltage
    Rref = Reference input resistance
    VoutX = DAC output voltage for channel X
    IoutX = DAC output current for channel X

    As the device is not primarily used for high-power dissipation, the R-theta-jc has not been characterized. However, if you could tell me about your specific requirement, we can probably suggest some indicative value.
