PGA411-Q1: Excel calculator required

Hi TI,

 One of my customer wishes to implement the PGA411-Q1 in his design.

The documentation of this part (slaa710.pdf) mentions an Excel calculator on page 9, see attached screenshot

However I cannot find it anywhere on the TI website.

Could you please send me this Excel sheet to support my customer?
