TSW14J56EVM: TSW14J56 Trigger delay and polarity?

Part Number: TSW14J56EVM

Hi

I'm having the TSW14J56 in connection to AFE58JD18 to read out output data. I'm using HSDCPro GUI with trigger option and apply an external trigger to "TRIG_IN"-SMA port on TSW14J56 Board to capture the data. My question is:

    - What is the trigger polarity of TRIG_IN, i.e data are captured at rising edge or at falling at of the trigger?

    - What is the delay between when trigger arriving and when data are captured?

I made some measurements and it seems to me that the data are captured at falling edge of TRIG_IN, while in "High Speed Data Converter Pro GUI User's Guide" it says that data are captured at rising edge of the trigger.

Here is some pictures from my measurement: The green signal is the external trigger, the yellow signal is the data for capturing. In the picture of HSDC Pro GUI, it seems that the data are being captured at the first falling edge of the external trigger signal.

Thanks,

Bien
