Yes, Mode 1 is recommended (CPOL=0,CPHA=1) for this ADC family, and the falling edge of SCLK can be used to capture data shown as below, please notice that the data should be retrieved during tHT_CKDO time (min 10ns) from SCLK’s falling to the data valid on SDO line.
