Hi,

I am using DAC37J84 evaluation board. Is it possible to generate a test analog signal using NCO & without FPGA interface?

If Yes, Please let me know how to do!

Yes, you can. Use the DAC constant input feature (DC signal) and enable the NCO/complex mixer feature. With the DC signal and the mixer, you can generate tones out of the DAC.

I did same configuration what you suggest, But i could not get DAC output.

FYI please refer attached file in which i explained detailed steps what i did.

Can you please suggest me where i did wrong?

Swarup,
For the constant value, could you please type in some DC code such as 0x3FFF. Right now it is all zeros that is the reason you do not see any output. 0x3FFF is full-scale for 2's complement perspective.
