I have a question regarding the qualification test table for this component that was sent to me earlier this year.
What do the moisture sensitivity conditions Sony Level B and C, 255C mean? Is it some kind of standard? Does it correspond to a certain relative humidity level?
I couldn't find the meaning online. If you could clarify the meaning it would be great.
By the way can you confirm if no HAST (Highly Accelerated Stress Test) or THB (Temperature Humidity Bias) test is performed to the component?
I tried reaching out to Jay Xia but still got no answer and this is kind of urgent so I was hoping this was a faster route.
