    I don't think I can post the letter here. Generally this is sent to customers through the distributors. If you have some of these units, then I would send them back through them. However the general information on this particular problem can be found in another post here:

    If you have these units, and are unable to get information from the distributor, post back and I may be able to send you the SIEP letter directly. I would contact you through the email provided to the E2E forum site.
