ADS7044EVM-PDK: Simple capture card driver install fail

Part Number: ADS7044EVM-PDK

Hi my name is Wungki Jeon

And i bought the ADS7044EVM.

So i install the ADS704x EVM GUI refer to user guide 

My simple capture card driver installation doesn't work like 5.2.4, it's driver name same but the status is installation fail.

And then i can open the ADS704x EVM GUI software but it isn't work like below figure 

So i have two questions

1. Data capture result is correct if the simple capture card driver doesn't install?

2. I guess my window version is 10, and then it can't install simple capture card driver?
