  • Hi Jagadeesh
What version of MS Windows are you using?
Can you capture screen shots of the error messages you are seeing?
You can attach the screen shot files to your response by clicking on the "Insert Code, Attach Files and more..." link below the right side of the response window. That will provide additional formatting and other options to the response window.
    I hope this is helpful.
    Best regards,

  • Hi,

MS Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (2018).

Please find a copy error message screen shots attached with this reply.

    Thanks

  • Jagadeesh,

Yes there is a chance that the GUI is not supported on Windows 10, because the GUI uses LabVIEW 2010 Run-Time engine which is not compatible on Windows 10. (i.e., NI doesn’t guarantee the functionality of LabVIEW 2010 Runtime engine in a Windows 10 PC)

But when we tried to install the GUI in a Windows 10 PC, we were able to run the GUI without any issues. So it seems to be a PC specific issue. There is a possibility that the software is not installed properly.

    Can you try the following:

    1.       Uninstall LabVIEW 2010 Run Time Engine and the DAC3XJ8XEVM GUI.

    2.       Install LabVIEW 2010 Run Time Engine from the following link: http://www.ni.com/download/labview-run-time-engine-2010-sp1/2292/en/

    3.       Install and run the DAC3XJ8XEVM GUI.

    Regards,

    Jim
