The solution mentions a file that has been recovered for the corrupted flash. Where do I find such file?

I have the same problem and have reformatted the flash but I cannot restore it without the file to write into it.

    Hi Jaime,

    Please check the folder on your computer and you will find three configuration files:

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Texas Instruments\ADS8684_8 EVM GUI\Configuration Files\App & MLO Files

    • app_sdcc is to be renamed as app and copied to SDCC SD card.
    • app_evm  is to be renamed as app and copied to EVM SD card.
    • MLO file is to be copied to SDCC SD card.

    Are you using WIN10 or other Windows?

    I am using Windows 10.

    Since I have your attention. Are the files to copy onto the flash memory, placed at the top of the flash directory tree, or do they need to be inside a subdir? 

    The leftovers after the files were corrupted on the flash were a file or directory of size 0 (zero) with a name like USBS:(&^%. The abnormal characters are what I can represent and not necessarily the same.

    The files should be placed to the directory tree in SD card.
