Hello, 

I followed the steps written by Saad Souabni to run the ADS1298RECGFE-PDK on Windows 10.()For some reason after I install the the NI-VISA Driver, my device is detected on the NI-VISA USB devices, but when I start loading the ADS1298R software, it does not work and my device is no longer detected on NI-VISA USB devices. If i hardware reset the device, it works for a minute, but again, the device is undetected. Why does this issue occur?

    Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum!

    More than likely, something went amiss during the installation process. Ensure that the drivers are installed correctly as shown in this post: e2e.ti.com/.../743115

    If this does not work, the best way to remedy the problem is typically uninstalling everything and re-installing. Make sure that you install with administrator privileges and that your firewall does not block the install.
