ADC121S101-Q1: Offset Error and Gain Error for 5V supply

Please inform Offset and Gain Error for 5V supply.

I could only find the values for 2.7V to 3.6V range in the datasheet (item 7.6).

    I will need to do some digging to see if there is any additional data that we can share for this device at 5V operation.

    There is a 10b version in this same family of devices that is specified at 5V operation for Offset and Gain errors, the ADC101S101. You could use this as a worst case estimate for the ADC121S101. For example, the typical offset error for the ADC101S101 is 0.1LSB. This would translate to 0.4LSB for the ADC121S101. If we do have data, I would expect the typical to be less than 0.4LSB, but this sets an upper boundary.

    I have not been able to find any additional data regarding this device. As of now, the only information we have is what is already in the datasheet.
