ADS1299: Could you give some information about testing instrument for input-referred noise?

Thanks for your post!
There is not a specific equipment or testing instrument for this test, rather the inputs are shorted together at mid supply ((AVDD + AVSS)/2) and the resulting output is then divided by the gain of the PGA. This gives you the input referred noise.
