AMC1303E2510: Decoding a Manchester-encoded signal

Part Number: AMC1303E2510
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: ADS1202

I am currently testing an AMC1303E2510 on its evaluation board. I get a 10MHz continuous bitstream that I have to convert to a 16-bit word, and eventually back to the analog value.

To my understanding, the decimation of the bitstream and the filtering have to be done in a digital filter. Is there an existing code repository of digital filters for sigma-delta ADCs that I could use so that I don't start from scratch?

Kind regards,
