ADS1298: Improving CMRR using RLD

Hello,

We are using ADS1298IPAG in our ECG signal acquisition project. I am trying to improve the CMRR as per suggestions in the application note SBAA188–July 2011 " Improving Common-Mode Rejection Using the Right-Leg Drive Amplifier".  I was refering figure.7 in this document to find Cp value. It is mentioned "The value of CP is chosen such that zero as a result of RP and CP is approximately 60 Hz" I have chosen RP value 50K and calculated CP value as 53nF. Is this calculation correct? If not, can you share the right formula?
