ADS7961: ADC pro error under WIN7 system

Part Number: ADS7961

Dear team. 

The customer are trying to use the ADS7961EVM-PDK with ADCPro. The customer downloaded ADCPro and the ADS7961 Plug-in. When they connect the ADS7961, they see error massage like below. 

I checked E2E post, e2e.ti.com/.../594593 and e2e.ti.com/.../711952 but we can't solve this issue. Operating system is WIN7 

Please let me know your opinion.

    Hello Dino,

    This software is very old and has become very finacy with the new windows operating systems.

    It seems you have done some research into fixing this yourself.

    Including uninstalling and reinstalling the software and all the drivers, starting from a clean slate, installing the NI-VISA driver, and making sure power supplies are up?

    Have you tried using another computer to do the install?
