I found that the Rev.C work, while the Rev.B doesn't,Please help me to analyze why ,thank you .

Please provide a little bit more detail to explain what you mean when you say it "doesnt work". Describe the test setup and environment. Are you using a ADS5400 EVM or your own boards? Are there two different board between Rev B and Rev C chips or are you using a socket pcb that allows you to switch use different silicon? Along with answers to my questions, please send the schematics if these are custom boards you've built.
