For ADS1292R what kind of values will I get for a normal human respiration from the ADS. Is there any conversion factor involved and is it dependent on gain factor set(default 6 in my case).

Hi Deepak,

The measurement will see the gain set by the PGA. There is a phase shift depending on the register settings and further information can be found in the BIOFAQ here: https://e2e.ti.com/support/data-converters/f/73/p/772058/2855202
