We have a faulty lot of boards which have a high input current when Pin 9 and 10 are connected to +5V
The +VA pins are obviously not connected internally.
Which parts of the ADS8411 are supplied by Pin 9 and Pin 10

Given the age of this device, I don't have that information readily available. I'll see if someone can possibly look into the design. The suggested pin pairings for decoupling capacitors indicates that pins 9 and 10 may be used for different internal circuitry.
What is the magnitude of the current observed on each of those pins? Does it scale with sampling rate or input voltage?
