DAC80508: DAC80508 application in TIDA01525

Dear team,

Customer found TIDA01525 could be apply to their end application, but they need the current to 300mA. I see from the guide that the current is set by reference voltage and several resistor, so could we modify this reference design to 300mA through modify the resistor values?

Or any other reference design recommend for the same application but reach 300mA current?

    Hi,

    You can definitely modify the reference design to have 300mA output current by just modifying R3 in the below schematics.

    R3A and R3B together contributes as R3. change value of R3 from 2.495 Ohms to 1.67 Ohms. Please note there is a mistake in the value of R3 its not 2.495 kilo ohms, rather 2.495Ohms (4.99 Ohms II 4.99 Ohms).
