I'm not sure we have the STEP file, but here are the exact dimensions of both the ADS131M04 EVM daughter board and the PHI (PA007) motherboard:

Weight is in Grams (g) and L/W/H are in centimeters (cm)

Nothing on outside dimensions or mounting holes. We're trying to mount this in a very preliminary prototype.

I'll need to see if we can generate a step file. Do you need this for just the ADS131M04EVM, or do you need this for the PHI as well?

I was able to generate this step file from the ADS131M04EVM. Note, I don't currently have the design files for the PHI controller. If you need the step file for that, let me know and I'll look into generating that as well.
