I would recommend trying a configuration more similar to this one. Currently, you do not have the AC blocking capacitor in the line.

Hi Chunqiu,

In addition to Alex's comment, I would not use both methods (1.) and (2.) simultaneously. Method (2.) with the 10M pull-up to RLD will help a little more to maintain CMR, but IN2P and IN2N must be enabled in the RLD_SENSn registers.
