Hi team,

What is the difference between ADS8556 and ADS8555? I saw the datasheet, they are close. I am not sure where they are different?

    Hi Eggsy,

    The only difference between the ADS8555 and ADS8556 ADCs is the partial power-down mode which is available on the ADS8556, others are same including the pinout and timing for operation. Also, both of devices offer the data rate up to 630kSPS in Parallel mode or 450kSPS in Serial mode.
