DAC39J84EVM: External clock (follow up)

To whom it may concern,

Currently, I am able to use the following configuration for DAC39J84EVM and KC705 FPGA. It works very well.

Now, I want to use a DAC frequency of 400MHz and FPGA frequency of 200MHz, which cannot be generated on board. Instead, I have to use J17 to supply an external clock. 

But default settings after I program the quick start page do not work. 

Would you please teach me how to reconfigure LMK04828 settings such that it matches the previously working setup with the only a difference in frequency?
