Hi Waldemar,
Is it possible to describe that is defective with the 1800RF ADC?
Did arrive damaged in the package? If so, can you please provide some insight, pictures, etc.
Anything to help describe why the product if thought to be defective?
Thank you,
Rob
Dear Rob,
the package did not arrive damaged. The defect was caught during testing before the production. The noise level exceeded the permissible value. I will send you the test result as an attachment to the mail.
Best Regards,
Waldemar
Hi Waldemar,
Has the problem been ruled out as an assembly issue?
Regards,
Rob
Hello Rob,
the item was not assembled because it did not pass the audit test.
Best Regards,
Waldemar
Thank you Waldemar for the clarification.
Were you able to send the test results per your previous response?
Please share how the device is tested as well, so I can understand this more clearly
Thanks,
Rob
Dear Rob,
the device was tested on a test bench. I am attaching the results here. Attaching to the reapply email did not work.
Best Regards,

Hi Waldemar,
Thank you for the results.
Can I ask, that after this test was done on the bench, did you try another unit, same channel? To validate that something didn't go wrong with the test fixture?
It looks like a common mode issue is on some of the channels.
I will send you an email and take this offline to continue our conversation.
Regards,
Rob
