ADS42JB69EVM: The board was not recognized by the PC

Part Number: ADS42JB69EVM

Dear Team,

i purchased ADS42JB69EVM from a distributor and
I plugged it into my PC.
But, The board was not recognized by the PC. (via image)

The environment is as follows
・Windows 10 Pro
・GUI for ADS42JBxx was installed
・USB driver for FTDI was installed
・ADS42JB69EVM is connected to a 5V DC power supply as described in the user's guide.

Hayato,

There is a chance the FTDI device did not get enumerated properly. Please follow the steps in the attached file to verify proper enumeration. If the part is not enumerated, follow the steps and use the files attached to enumerate the FTDI device.
