Hi,

Greetings!.

Want to understand the ADS8681 EVM-PDK better.

The ADC 8681 samples after digitization are passed on to PC(this question is not about timing) through an USB interface.

Is there any low pass filtering or any other processing was done on the samples before storing them in computer files? Basically want to understand whether the data in PC files are RAW data or processed/modified data.

    Hi POTHIRAJAN,

    The data/code you get in time domain of the software GUI for the ADC EVM is the original conversion code from the ADC, there is no any filter or operations done to these raw data.The FFT shown in the frequency domain (spectrum analysis) page of the software GUI is the result filtered with a 7 Term B-Harris window which is an window option shown in that page of GUI software.
