Hello,

Can I get recommendations any power supplies from TI port folio(LDOs which can convert from 7V switching converter output) for ADS7038 device for AVDD and DVDD?

Also, may I know why you are recommending LDO with current output of minimum 250mA?

Hmm, strange. The results I'd seen had 7 products and I didn't implement a 250mA limit so something odd must have happened. Anyways, since you've found the LDO search page I think you'll be able to find products that work for your application to power the ADS7038 and the other products on the same supply rail. Please sort for a current that works well for your total system needs.

Hello Collin,

Actually my interest was if there are any LDOs used already in any of the eval boards at TI.

Background is we are facing reset issues on ADS7951 device currently used for the application with TPS76350 LDO when used with a noise prone environment. (already in discussion https://e2e.ti.com/support/data-converters/f/73/t/952383).

So, we wanted to check if any LDOs are recommended by TI to weigh our preferences

Hello,

We have the ADS7038Q1EVM-PDK available to evaluate the ADS7038 and there is the TPS78001DDCR LDO used for the AVDD supply. Since your request is a little specific about looking for high EMI robustness I'd like to suggest you the TPS78001 since we use it successfully in standard lab environments without issue and then that you start a new thread to the LDO team to discuss the best solutions for high EMI/noise environments.
