CC2540EMK-USB: Not able to access devices in SmartRF studio and packet sniffer.

Tool/software:

Recently got this device.

I can see device in device manager.

When i lunch smartRF or packet sniffer it doesnot show the connected device.

Have run the software as admin also. still same.

OS: Windows 11
