CC2540EMK-USB: SmartRF Protocol Packet Sniffer download broken

I'm trying to download the latest SmartRF Protocol Packet Sniffer from

PACKET-SNIFFER Calculation tool | TI.com

But when I click on the "Windows Installer for SmartRF Packet Sniffer 2", I get a 404"

It looks like we’ve encountered some resistance.

(Sorry, the page you’re looking for can’t be found.)

Previous versions have a similar problem. Can anyone help get this resolved? Thanks

I would like to second this. I also can not download, even while logged in. I get a broken link.

I was just able to download the file. I don't know what changed, but it worked now, could it be the time of day? Thanks.
