DLPDLCR471TPEVM: Having trouble getting the GUI to connect to the EVM with both WIndows 10

Part Number: DLPDLCR471TPEVM

I downloaded two firmware packages for thupdate.e product page and completes the bootloader update
Switch SW1 OFF and then back ON to reset the EVM and display splash image again
When I opened the GUI, EVM was still disconnected.
ther functions work normally.

Since the projector has an image output when power-on, the chipsets should be good.

Can I know what operating system of your laptop?

I suspect something could be wrong along the interface (either the USB-I2C receiver on the EVM, or the USB driver on the PC). If everything is set up properly the GUI should show the EVM as "connected".
