Hi Team,
A customer has purchased DLPLCRC9000DEVM and DLPLCR65EVM evaluation modules and has been using for weeks but suddenly stops working.
The lightcrafter GUI shows an established connection with the board (the LED becomes green), but the box "Controller/DMD Incompatible" was ticked(see below).
There is no visible damage to the Flexcable, and the firmware (dlp6500_6.0.0_OOB) is uploaded correctly. However, when they try to upload the firmware again we get the following error:
Unable to read flash device IDs. Error: Invalid command number: 0x15
Furthermore, in the picture below, there is a residual pattern similar to the one the customer uploaded the last time which persists even after the supply was disconnected.
Can you help diagnose the problem?
